We’re working hard to respond to your support requests as quickly as possible. Our support hours are 9 am-5 pm CT, Monday-Friday. While response times may vary, we’re committed to addressing your inquiries promptly.

Our Values

Invisibly gathers your survey responses and transaction data from the credit or debit cards you opt to connect. We will not be able to perform transactions of any kind, and your data will be protected by data encryption systems within our Stripe integration.
You can disconnect your shared accounts at any time. Based on how data is licensed to brands, it may take up to 30 days for your data to completely disappear. However, once you stop sharing, we will no longer be able to access your data.
We protect your data through our integration with Stripe, which applies data encryption mechanisms at multiple points in the service to mitigate the risk of unauthorized access to your data at rest and in transit.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union law that requires organizations to safeguard personal data and uphold the privacy rights of anyone in EU territory. While we currently do not offer our service in the European Union, we are actively working towards compliance.

You can earn points on the Invisibly app by:

  • Sharing your opinions by taking surveys
  • Connecting your bank or credit card account(s) to share transaction data
  • Interacting with your Discoveries feed
  • Winning points from our weekly raffles

Your rewards will be accessible on the Invisibly app once you’ve earned enough points to redeem them. Your reward will also be emailed to you with additional confirmation details and can be added directly to your Apple or Google Wallet.
Point values for rewards vary by brand. For details, visit our Rewards page or check the exact point values in the Rewards tab of the Invisibly app.
Each point is equivalent to $0.01 USD. That means that 100 points would be equivalent to $1.00 USD.
Yes, you need to create an account to use and access Invisibly. Your account will enable you to earn points through your connected accounts and unlock rewards.
If the email or phone number you’re using is linked to another Invisibly profile, please sign in with that account. In the event that something else is going on, feel free to contact support@invisibly.com so we can help you out.
Our app is available on the App Store and Google Play in the US only.

Our third-party gift card provider currently does not support PayPal or Visa. We’re always working to add more rewards, and if you have any suggestions, please feel free to send them our way at hello@invisibly.com—we’d love to hear from you.
As we add more rewards to the app, gift card redemption amounts may be adjusted.

Synthetic Audiences are AI-driven representations of target audiences, built using real consumer data drawn from survey responses in the Invisibly mobile app and synthesized using advanced AI. They simulate human responses, offering unbiased insights while being constantly calibrated to match real-world behaviors.
Our platform utilizes advanced, pre-trained AI models, blending real-time human data from our mobile app users with Synthetic Audiences. These AI personas provide fast, accurate insights that are virtually indistinguishable from human feedback, but at unmatched cost and scale.

At Invisibly, we know that AI and human survey responses can vary—and that’s a good thing. Here’s why:

  • Audience Differences: Humans bring diverse backgrounds and experiences, while our AI can be precisely tailored to specific demographics.
  • Sampling Differences: While we can explicitly design the target audience on the synthetic side, recruitment of tailored human audiences is inherently challenging. 
  • Consistency vs. Variability: AI delivers consistent answers every time, free from fatigue, mood, or attention lapses that can affect human responses.
  • Context and Nuance: Humans incorporate emotions, biases, current events, recency, and personal experiences into their answers, adding depth and richness that AI may lack without extensive training.
  • Bias and Training: AI responses depend on training data and may require ongoing tuning to minimize biases and improve accuracy.

By combining the strengths of both AI and human respondents, Invisibly provides a more comprehensive and accurate view while ensuring industry-leading speed and results.

You can ask up to 10 questions per survey.
For AI audiences, you can survey up to 1,000 respondents. For human audiences, the limit is 250 respondents. Need more? Reach out, and we’ll help you scale.
Our automated moderation will perform all pre-flight checks for you within a few minutes.
If our automated moderation flags certain words or phrases, you’ll be notified of what needs to be modified. If issues persist, feel free to reach out, and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
Absolutely! You can include product images, screenshots, and more in your surveys (e.g., A/B tests, product variant tests, logos, thumbnails, etc.).
