We are hiring a network-powered Sales Account Executive to grow Invisibly's book of business by sourcing and closing new agency clients. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of digital advertising sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Opportunity Summary
This role is focused on sourcing and closing new agency clients, especially small to mid sized brands that need a full service media buying partner. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of sales experience in programmatic media, paid search, paid social, or adjacent digital advertising solutions.
You are comfortable owning the full sales cycle, leveraging existing relationships, and creating new ones. You have a proven track record of closing deals and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. We are looking for someone who can begin generating meaningful new business within their first 90 to 180 days.
What You Will Do
New Business Development
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified SMB and mid market prospects
- Leverage your existing network to identify, engage, and close new client opportunities
- Prospect actively through outreach, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships
- Develop account plans for priority targets and verticals
Full Cycle Sales Ownership
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals and media needs
- Present Invisibly's full service media buying capabilities in a clear, compelling way
- Write and negotiate proposals and scopes in partnership with internal leads
- Drive deals from first conversation through signed agreements
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools
Collaboration and Agency Growth
- Work closely with media strategy and buying teams to shape pitch narratives
- Bring market feedback to leadership to help evolve our offer and positioning
- Represent Invisibly with professionalism and credibility in the market
Ideal Client Profile
- Small to mid-sized brands that need an end-to-end media buying partner rather than disconnected point solutions
- Agency principals and marketing leaders who want programmatic, paid search, and paid social working in concert
- Teams that value transparent reporting and a partner who carries strategy through to live execution
- US-based organisations comfortable collaborating remotely with clear communication cadences
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling digital advertising solutions
- Background in programmatic sales, paid search sales, paid social sales, or related ad tech and media services
- Demonstrated success in bringing in net new business and hitting quotas
- Existing network of advertisers, brand marketers, founders, or agency decision makers
- Strong understanding of performance media and how brands use it to grow
- Comfortable in a remote environment with high autonomy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management habits
What Success Looks Like
- Builds a qualified pipeline quickly using network plus proactive prospecting
- Closes first wave of new accounts within 90 to 180 days
- Consistently meets or exceeds new business targets
- Develops repeatable outbound and referral motions that scale
- Becomes a trusted external face of Invisibly in the SMB and mid market space
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $75,000–$85,000. Uncapped commission structured to double or triple base. Full health benefits including HSA/FSA/DCFSA. 401(k) with matching.
